About You

People come to me for therapy for all kinds of reasons. Some people choose to start therapy to process a traumatic event or events. Some people need support navigating certain relationships. Others might be working through loss of a friendship, partner, job, or navigating another transition. Whatever it is, there is no reason too big or too small to seek support from a licensed professional. I believe that therapy is a collaborative, safe space to work through whatever is bringing you to the room.

My Practice

I strive to create a safe space for patients to feel supported so that optimal healing can take place. I have trained in both EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, which both inform my practice regardless of what is bringing you into the room.

Session Fees

I am paneled with various insurance companies. I also accept out of pocket fee for service at $125.00 per session. In an effort to make therapy more accessible,I have limited spots available for sliding scale. Please inquire about this if you need this option. Payment is due at time of service. I also offer Somatic Experiencing Touch sessions for nervous system regulation. This can be part of therapy, or on its own. For Somatic Experiencing touch work without therapy, my fee is 125.00 out of pocket. Please reach out for more information.

Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing (SE) considers the body’s role in healing. Often we are asked to process things without even considering how it is impacting out body and the signals our bodies are giving us to protect ourselves from unhealthy situations. I can provide stand alone SE sessions utilizing somatic touch work to support nervous system regulation. These sessions can be offered within a therapy session or without and will be billed separately from a traditional therapy session.
